Soul Deep Love essential oil blend

This intoxicating blend of rose and sandalwood is designed to promote self love and ground you.

Ingredients: Rose, Sandalwood, Jojoba Oil, Vegetable glycerin

Directions: Shake well before you apply. 

Follow this ritual when applying the oil:

First, roll some oil on the inside of each wrist. Now, roll some more oil in the palm of your hands. Rub your hands together and then bring it to your face to breathe in the scent. Breathe in from your diaphragm and as you exhale, relax your jaw and drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth. Take your thumbs, press them in between your eyebrows and slowly run them up to your hairline, over your third eye. Apply a little more oil to the palms of your hands. Run your oiled palms over your hair. Then place one hand on the back of your neck and the other over your heart. Begin to imagine a red rose colored light begin to form a cone of protection around you. Move the hand at your heart down to your lower belly. 

The final step is adding oil to the bottom of your feet. Make sure to get in between the toes, a place energy can get trapped as you walk. Once again envisioning that cone of protection covering your feet. You can wash your hands after this, if you want. 

This ritual is best done after a shower, although you can do it any time you feel you need grounding throughout your day.
