"Okay, deep breathing. Quiet the mind and be still. Wait, did I turn the dishwasher on before I left? No, I'm pretty sure I did. Maybe I should get some new dishes. I also need new pants for work. What else do I need? Ooh, I need more laundry detergent. Damn it, focus! Okay, deep breathing."
Hello, ADHD. I get it. I also have ADHD and I had to find a meditation style that worked for me. Guided meditation was it. More than that, I found engaging my four senses helped a lot.

It is possible for people with ADHD to meditate. We're wired differently. It's no surprise our method of meditating is different, as well.
I decided to hold Guided Meditation Mondays, sharing that style of meditation with those interested. Keeping you grounded even as you're being led along a spiritual journey of the mind.
For the first three Mondays of the month, I lead people online in guided meditation through visualization and sound for 20 minutes, starting at 7pm EST via Instagram Live.

At my in-person class at the end of each month, I lead people into a space in their mind through visualization, sound, smell, and touch for 40 minutes.
